defence - compaint against parcel services

I have booked my motorcycle bearing registration number PY 01 BH 8921 with the railway parcel office on 23 Apr 2011 from Chennai to Pune whose details are as under:
(a) Train no 11028
(b) 347556
Further the the vehicle was not beborded at Pune station for some unknown reason and was sent to Mumbai instead. The vehicle was again parcelled to pune in train no16331 Trivandrum Exp on 25 Apr 2011 under SLR No 93713 and again this time also it was not collected in Pune and the present location of the motorcycle is unknown. Complaint with the station master and the DCM has been lodged but to no effect till date.

So I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Complainant's Goal: I want my motorcycle as soon as possible.
