dear sir,
i m very sorry to inform you that my ticket is not issued by cs of samastipur(bihar). i have gave application on 20 june 2011.
cs has also issued me reciept of rs160 in name making tickets & told me that it is rule.
since than i have tried many time but ticket is not issued by him.

kindly, look after the matter & please issue my ticket as soon as possible. because of this delay i m suffering for my reservation of ticket & tour.
