The company allows their employees to smoke in the basement, which is causing a health problem in our house. Our kitchen and bedroom are very close to their basement. We have requested them not to smoke in those areas, instead they could use their terrace to smoke.

Complainant's Goal: Please ensure that you take action and advise them to abstain from smoking
