CIBIL - CIBIL has not sent on-line payment confirmation but charged my debit card.

I made on line payment to CIBIL on 3/8/2011 at 5.11.33PM for Rs.450/- through HDFC debit card for their product CIBIL TransUnion Score(IncludingCIR).CIBIL was supposed to issue on line payment confirmation but the same has not been issued.Kindly get it issued so that i may proceed further.CIBIL ID is S0********0.
