Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Atanu Kumar Panda, serving in Indian Air Force and presently
residing at NDA, Khadakwasla, Pune. I opened an account with
Way2Wealth in the month of Dec 2009. One of their agent named
Pradyumna Dwibedi persuaded me with the benefits and assistance of
Way2Wealth. An amount of Rs.2,697 was deducted from my State Bank of
India Savings account on 18 Dec 09. But, after the money got deducted
from my account, I got no assistance from Way2Wealth to operate on my
account. When I called up the Way2Wealth office at Pune, I was told
that Pradyumna Dwibedi has left the job. I requested to assist me
again and again but got no response from Way2Wealth. I remember
calling Mr. Dilip Tiwari at Pune office to close my account and refund
my money in the month Jan 10.

Still now my money has not been refunded and nor do any of their
representatives are entertaining my case. I was told that my
cancellation case has been sent to Bangalore office and I'll be
hearing soon from them.

Today(03 Dec 10) I visited the following branch regarding my problem:-

PUNE - BOAT CLUB ROAD
6th Floor, City Towers,
Boat Club Road Pune,
MAHARASHTRA - 411 001

I met Mr. Dilip Tiwari and he told me that I will not get any money
from way2wealth because of your agent's mistake. Apart from that I
have to pay Rs.60 to close my account when I have never used your
account for any transaction.

Please look into the matter. My details of the account are as under:-

There seems to be some confusion... first of all why did you pay this amount ? generally when you pay money to your broker, the money may be with them, but it is all yours. so when you say you lost it, pls explain...
