I made an online purchase of D & Y Polo T-shirts from Tradus website and the offer was (D&Y Pack of 4 Polo Neck Tees with Sunglasses for Rs 599.)

Issues -
1. Order was delivered about a week and a half late with,
2. Sunglasses were not delivered as promised,
3. T-shirts had defect.
4. T-shirts with only 2colours were sent rather than 4different colours.
5. I raised a complaint and they asked me to send it back by using ARAMEX. I sent it back and i was informed either I'll be refunded or shipped a correct pack of T-shirts with Sunglasses but there's no initiative taken by Tradus.

I have sent them many e-mails but still no action has been taken by them.
I have even uploaded a picture of the defective product.
