The builder Cheating by Chathanya Projects Pvt. Ltd is doing gross violations and cheating all the owners.
The list is endless.. To list a few
1. The club house structure is ready and already 2 years since hand-over it is not operational.
2. Individual Villa's have structural complaints which they are not attending, like seepage, rainwater flowing inside the house
3. Construction of Airtel tower on top of the club house without NOC from villa owners. They leave the sale deed open ended and twist it according to their whim and fancy.
4.They are taking maintenance money from owner for the maintenance of the tower and electricity but not sharing the profit from the tower rent with the owners.
