my customer id:0000248826. i opted for family first silver 1 lacs + 3 lacks. on 06/02/2014 amita sood admitted in arora neuro hospital in ludhiana for emergency. i buy cashless hospitality policy but when i go for treatment company started saying that you are not authorized for cashless{said on 08/02/2014}. first you have to pay for treatment and after that we will pay you. MAX BUPA cheat us. please help us to approved cashless treatment. i am not able to pay cash in hospital.
