I have booked a flat with Aliens Developers back in August 2006 and paid Rs. 20,00,000/- so far. I neither received the flat nor received my money. I filing consumer case, got a relief to get 12% interest but the builder never followed that order. I was been informed on multiple accounts that the DD is being readied and I be paid in next 2 days but they never did that. Finally I went for another case for recovery. They continue to say to the judge that we need just one week to pay off but they never did that for 2 months. Finally they filed another case in civil court to block getting arrested if the consumer court issues orders one for not returning money. With the huge queue of civil cases to be registered the case is still pending for acceptance and until then the consumer case is kept aside.

This is a grave case of exploitation and playing with the misery of customer.

They took all the money from me and several other customers and bought 2000 acres of land outside the city. Now they dont have money to build the flats. Customers start filing cancellation and return of money, they simply dont return the money but resell the flat to another customer. So far they sold close to 5000 customers while there are only 2000 flat. You can imagine the tune of fraud.

They bought all premium realestate properties in the city with the customers money. For example: they have 10 flats in MyHome Jewel. They 4 penthouse suits in Lanco Hills. They have properties in Emaar Golf Villas. The list goes on, you will have keep counting. All this is purely the customers money.

Their Agreements are hugely flawed. They are all one sided. They force you to sign those so they can get out of all legal troubles in case of trouble.


My urge to all of you is: DONT BUY FLAT WITH ALIENS DEVELOPERS!!
