Ardee Developer Pvt. Ltd. and Ardee Maintenance Pvt Ltd. are asking for black money payment (in cash without any receipt) to change the name in Maintenance agreement (and Electricity connection) and their office records for a flat in Ardee City, Gurgaon.

I have purchased a flat in Ardee City, Sector 52 Gurgaon and want to change the name of owner in their records, electricity connection and Maintenance Agreement. Their staff is asking me to pay them huge sum (20 thousand rupees) to change the name.

Immediate attention is requested. As per government rules, I have all the required documents ready but they are denying to take the documents without cash payment.
