Hello Mr. Bo Shin Seo,

This is in continuation to my email to Hyundai Management and customer care network.
I wanted to bring certain facts in front of you, which have major impact on the QoS to the customer and ultimately suffered sales.

I want to thank Mr. Atul (Group CEO - #Bhuvan #Hyundai, #Aurangabad), Ms. Bindu (Bhuvan Hyundai, Aurangabad Office) and Ms. Saloni (Hyundai Motors India Limited, New Delhi Office) for calling me over the phone and for their precious time. Surprisingly, none of them had any clue about the case nor they did their homework before calling, which took me at least 20-30 minutes to explain each of them my problem over and over again. Also, none of them have sent an acknowledgement/ summary of our discussion, even after multiple requests during our call.

Mr. Atul: It is sad to know that even as a Group CEO for Bhuvan Hyundai (designation confirmed by you over the phone, during our call), and having the authority to make decisions; you have not been able to understand the pain of the customer. You haven't committed any TAT (Turnaround Time) or Resolution Time for my case. As confirmed by you, the Registration Certificate takes 45 days and Vehicle Insurance takes 30 days from the date of purchase, to reach to the customer; if there is a loophole then why is it not alarmed?
There is a major gap with the process from Bhuvan Hyundai, which we discussed over the phone and I am sure, that we both agree upon it. So let's forget the process for a moment and help me understand, if a #customer is travelling 400 kms multiple time, just to chase your sales/ #customer relations team; reminding them of issues and concerns being faced, why there is no action?
Is the customer taken for granted and left to suffer? Are we taking any lessons from the case and act or do I have to run places to get the #resolution.
It is humble request to Mr. B. S. Seo and relevant stake-holders, who have time for a customer (who is being cheated) and have decision making powers; to help me with resolution and take me out of this mental torture. I feel cheated badly and all my hard earned money being stolen.
Trust me, I reassure that I will fight till I get justice and with all possible weapons I could use; from social media to Indian legal system as well as consumer court. I will make all the prospects planning to buy Hyundai vehicle aware of cheating and wrong practices. I do not want other innocent people to become your customers to suffer, the way I have.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

Please go through the enclosed paid servicing bill copy which was send by Mr Sahabuddin to me as they had done the paid service on my car no WB32AD9696.
On 1st of this month I have visited concerned Workshop for doing accidental work of my vehicle. Car was received by Mr Sourav. Within 2days claim was initiated and approved for replacement of all damages and liability @1000/- would be paid by me, as confirmed by Kotak Mahindra Insurence Company.
On 17/07 I have visited to workshop for taking my car, while checking all details it was found that replacement parts not fix with my car instead of old parts.
I have try to clarify the same with Sourav,/sahabuddin/ Bijoy and also Mr Gunda and notorious goons Mr Amrit all of them confirmed me that those have approved for replacement already been fixed with your car.
Suddenly I have started spoken with Mr Shyam from Kotak insurance where he has provide all the photography of vehicle as....
New parts fixed properly. Post click the photography new parts has been remove and old parts has been re fixed with my car.

I have emailed all concern that no such changed would be done till further communication by I was shocked when I & IRDS Surveyr Mr Sadhukha Jointly visited workshop it was found that all items was removed from my car where its showing on nacked condition.

Post discussion with Insurance and work shop manager Bijoy they had started working on my car & damages items was properly fixed in front of me.
As per process of insurance company re servey would be done but unfortunately no one from workshop will entertain with us as well as IRDA authorized person since 3pm to 6.30pm.
Now the goon's activities started as....

Our Shop already been closed so we are unable to deliver today.Ja hobe hok/ Ja k khusi /j khan e khusi call -email koruk kono motei delivery korbo na.
Mr Amit also started vulgar language as Motherchod customer amar dorkar nei. K Ki korbe Samar etc.

Then I have started spoken with Mr Sdidhart Pal for resolve and arrange to deliver the same on urgent basis.

At the time of re- survey it was also found that 3-4 items not found compare with pre- invoice.

Now Mr Amit started detected a note and created extra pressure on me to write those words then he will deliver my car.

On shake of returning home from Kolkata to Digha am bound to write that all details has been checked no issue found.
The. he was taken rs 2445/- from me as insurance liability charges but paid service charges not taken. He has provide a cash receipt of only 2445/- no bill has been provided yet.

Now if any paid service has done their workshop then why the billed amount has not been taken from me.
Also if not done the paid service then why sahabuddin has provide me the invoice copy to me.
If any further issues will occurred regarding paid service then captioned workshop would be liable for that.
At the time of delivery of car it was found that no was... No test drive would be done by any one of workshop side.

Need immediately intervence on this matter & stop cheating with insurance as well as customer.
All incidents photography is presented with me, If required I will submit in front of Consumer Court.

This is Amit Ghatol.

I did 2nd service of my creta.

Suspension of my car is faulty.

It creates suspnsion noise badly.


I Already asked the executive regarding this but he said it is due to external alloy wheels.

As i took information from my sourses, it is absolutely not due to external alloy wheels. 

Poor suspension quality is the only reason. Hence it has been damaged within 3/4 months.

If you dont want to fixup the problem, then let me know accordingly, i will manage my suspension problem from outside garage as they people are skillful.

Material quality of suspensions given to Hyundai Creta is pathetic and after sales servise of Kothari Hyundai is also very poor.
