We bought MG 7170 canon printer in Jan 2014 from Radius systems pvt ltd
After printing 50-60 pages in a span of two months, cartridges were out of ink. According to the dealer, they were dummy cartridges and would print only that many pages.
We bought new ones in March, cartridges went dead after printing 10 pages, complaint was lodged and after repeated complaints, the engineer visited on 22nd April & told us that they were DOA & therefore ask for replacement.
Again after repeated complaints & requests, cartridges were replaced on 28th may ie today at 3pm and again after 10 print outs, they are out of ink.
Complainant's Goal: I am sick of this printer and would be looking for a replacement at the earliest
