I received an automated call from vodafone number +********9080 on 2/11/2017 at 10:37am. The call was regarding caller tunes selection from the songs they played. At the end of call without pressing button they activated a caller tune and deducted Rs 30 from my main balance. I immediately deactivated the caller tune and called customer care to refund the amount but they refused to take the complaint and said that i pressed the button and activated the caller tune. As a proof i have all the call recordings where their is no sound of pressing the button.
