We the flat owners of Sree Maangal Pearl Building, Survey # 14/1/2, Thite Vasti, Kharadi, Behind Zensar IT Tower, Pune, who have taken the possession almost more than a year back, would like to know the Encroachment going in the above said property.

As communicated number of times regarding the incomplete work of the building, because of that now we are facing the Encroachment problems along with the theft and insecurity issues. Till the date handover of the above said Society is not happening as PMC completion certificate and Conveyance Deed is not provide to any flat owners, you are responsible for the safe and encroachment free handover the property as well as the work going around in the said premises. Request your intervention and provide the clarification on the Encroachment going around. We need your concern to help us .

We approch PBAP- Pune also, but they also not bothe for our issue !!
