iwould again like to bring to your notice my problem regarding bill being sent to me without reading. Inspite of various efforts from my side to get the rectification done all i have received is lame excuses and assurances. Now a new bill is sent to me

summing an amount of rs 10187 to be paid by me. However when we look at the bill in PREVIOUS METER READ SATUS it show OK and in CURRENT METER STATUS it shows NS.
Sir it would like to assert that my meter is perfectly working and when no one has come to take the reading how can it show NS.
Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest so that i can pay the correct amount.

i would like to bring forward my complaint regaring water bill being sent to w-3 phase 2,mayapuri without taking reading insipte of water meter being replaced in 2010.I have already given 3 written applications to DJB 9block Subash Nagar to resolve the matter however no fruitful action has been taken so far. For the last period b/w Jan 2010 and July2011 the undertaking of mayapuri phase two was under RK Puram DJB office and no one came for reading. Hence a bill on approximation basis is being sent to me.(which is more than the actual amt acc. to reading)
MY current reading on meter till date is 70 from the time it has been changed in january 2010( water useage is limited to basic necessities...as it is a tyre shop).Ihave already paid Rs 5000(approx) and my last due bill was Rs 14500(approx) which is wrongly billed.
ON my first written application to DJB subhash nagar in september MR Suresh Kumar who was meter reader at that time had resolved my problem and assured me that the bill would be correctly sent adjusting the previous exceeding amount in bill. However Mr Suresh Kumar is now no longer incharge of phase 2, Mayapuri and told me that he has submitted all the papers to Mr Shribhagwan who is taking his place as meter reader.
On 31st dec. when i met mr. Shribhagwan in office. Mr. Suresh was also present told mr. Shribhagwan that he has given him required papers. On this Mr Shribhagwan rejected by saying he is not in possesion of papers relating my problem.
I again submitted a written application for 3rd time to dairy in january and mr. Shribhagwan asurred me that my problem will be solved at the earliest but nothing has been done so far.
I would like to appeal to the authorities to intervene in the matter at earliest so that i can pay my water bill according to reading.

Sir,I would like to bring forward my complaint regaring water bill being sent without taking reading of meter. amounting to Rs.614/- in my name.
I have already paid my first bill for Rs.800/- subject to the bill.
So I can't pay the above bill amount without reading.
Therefore it is requested you to send your meter reading person at my home for taking meter reading at the earliest and generate the actual bill according to the meter reading.
Secondly your bill delivery man is not deliver door to door properly in my colony i.e. Phool Bagh, Near Nathupura, Delhi. He has left or dropped many times all the bills of the colony i.e. Phool Bagh, Near Nathupura to any one person of the colony, So bill is not receive at home in timely.

The DJB Meter readers are wor4king in whimscicle fashion. When the meter reader has come to our premises, he took reading of other meters except mine and issuing an inflated bill showing status as NS since the last two bills. My consumption is less than 20 KL/ month. But they are charging 22 KL/month. This is because there is a slabwise jump in the rates from Rs. 3.60 to Rs. 18.50 per KL/month. Since they have already charged huge amount the amount should be refunded.
