Beware if you are making any purchase from flipkart.

I purchased a lenovo laptop from flipkart on 1st december 2012. During the time of order it was stated that I will get my laptop delivered within 4 business days of order placement. After making the payment in full during the time of purchase through my friend’s credit card I got an email requiring the identity proof from my side for the verification purpose by flipkart. On the very next day I replied there mail with my friend identity proof attached. But when I didn't receive my shipment after waiting for 6 days then I called flipkart inquiring about the shipment. There I came to know that my shipment has not been shipped yet as they require some more documents for there verification. I was shocked after hearing this statement as for 6 days no one from flipkart bothered to inform me that there is a problem with my payment. Instantly my friend called up his credit card company and enquired about the amount deduction from his card where bank informed that the total amount of Rs. 42,658 was already deducted from his card on the next day of purchase which was 2nd December 2012. I called up flipkart again and asked them what documents they require more after taking the money from card. Then they said that I need to provide my identity proof because there flipkart account is under my name. In spite of this weird statement I sent them my ID and after 24 hours I again got a mail from them that they have now verified my payment and they will be mailing my shipment details soon. Now today is 9th and I didn’t got any mail from them so I called them again to ask about the same. And guest what, now they are saying that my order is canceled as they don’t have product with them in stock and I have to wait for 7-9 days more to get my money back. It states that the product was not with them since the beginning and they just played with my money and time.
