wireless is not working in the router purchased from beam.
complaint is given but no response.
the complaint numbers are 8547067, 20130********346 , 2013050********7. and many more. tickets closed with out resolving the issue.

Complainant's Goal: get faulty wireless router replaced. or buy back the router.
