I got a call from bagittoday and they offered me the holiday package worth rupess 3999/- and buy one get one free offer. I have purchased it and pay the amount. As per the terms I have to book my holidays with in 90 days and pay them additional 499/- for both vouchers. I did it and inform them within the time and pay the amount as per the term.

But till date they are not giving any response and when I call them on their customer care they always assured me that they will get back with in 48 hours, but I never got any response from them.

Now after 2 months, I am sure that Bagittoday.com and Yatra.com intentionally doing this fraud and they are only interested in collecting money.

As a lawyer now I am going to file a complaint against them in consumer court very soon. I have also seen some complaints of other members and I would like to suggest them that they should move to the consumer court.
