Dear sir,
I am resending this email again. It's 4 since the episode started. No response. Â Pls read.
It is under severe discontent, helplessness, grief and lack of further patience I write to you.
And no Contact with anyone at all at gulf air.
It has been 54 hours since my flight landed. I checked in with my colleagues from Dubai - Bahrain (transit) - Delhi on the 22nd December 2013.Â
As I landed, no one could advise me what to do when my bag was not traceable. Â U found someone to help after a good 45 minutes. I was traveling on the flight GF 134 from Bahrain to Delhi.Â
Finally as I was able to get through to Visual at the airport, he then took my boarding pass with the baggage tag and gave me a paper as a proof of baggage tracking on gulf air's part. This was I Â carbon copy. Â
I was reconfirmed and reassured that my bag would be able to be delivered by 10am next morning (23rd December) by Vishal.  I was given the following numbers :
011******** and 011******** in delhi.
The same were printed on the paper the was  handed over to me. It is a sincere request to try dial these numbers. No one ever picks up. Ever. Try it.Â
I have tried calling these numbers for over 100 times at least. Â I am in desperate need to get my bag. There is a lot in there as is brought gifts for my loved ones. Not to forget my clothes and all other things. Â
Over the last 2 days I have tried the following :
1) gone to the airport and spent on fuel and parking 2 times a day. I cannot enter the premises without a valid ticket and there is no outside counter.
2) called the gulf air office in delhi at01143939300Â / 311/ 312 & 313.
3) called the following numbers that are supposed to handle our grievance
011********Â /8.
4) gone to the connaught place office and they refused to handle my query.
5) Sent the Radisson hotel staff to go there and try find a way to get to talk with someone. No response. Â No one at the check in counter helped him as well. They washed their hands off it too.Â
6) went online to the social media channels and tried to see a blog. No blogs recommend a number for this issue.
I am in a funny spot now. Here are my issues :
1) no compensation of delayed bag. I was told that's it's not a policy to offer any compensation.Â
2) no news on baggage tracking. Â Cannot even see an option online. Â
3) have not got any idea on which way to contacting anyone.Â
Do let me know which way should I go.
I need someone to answer to me.Â
Pls call me at ********82. I need to talk to someone. Immediately. I need to know where my bag is. Now.
