Sir,

Myself Mr. Vipin khoti from Indore.

Yesterday (25.05.2014) was my connected flight from Amritsar to Delhi and then Delhi to Indore in which ,during departure from Indore Airport when I was taking my bags so I found my bag damaged very badly by which my mobile also got lost as it was damage from corner chain and my mobile was kept in that chain.

So I want complaint about that please give me my bag damaged cost and also the cost of my lost Mobile or other I have to complaint in "Consumer Forum".

Bag detail - the bag was of VIP ALFA company of Rs.12,000.

Mobile Detail - The mobile was of Samsung company - Galaxy pocket of Rs 8,150.
Mobile phone - GT-S5300ZKAINU

So please look over this complaint very fast.

Flight was Jet Airways and Jet konnect.
