Complaint Points :
1] Working hours is 10 hrs from 9:30 am to 7:30pm, but this is official and when any one go at 7:30 pm then they blame you going early, but it is already too much working hours because company is ISO certified and they must have to fallow rules and regulation.
2] Lunch time is only 20 min, and there no faculty provided for lunch, they place 2-3 tables out side of the office and every one place there own tiffing and eat by standing, not sitting arrange, and if you take more than 20 min for lunch HR came to ask for why you late for 5 min, they trait very badly.
3]They written 2year bound from everyone with original document and blank cheque with signature, if any body want to leave company then they don't provide original document.
4]They don't given any holiday leave even on labor day.
5]they provide only 6 paid leave yearly, and even those 6 leave also they don't given if we want.
6]No emergency concept is there, if we want to take emergency leave then they charge for whole one day salary.
7] if any body want to early leave out then they provide early leave out at 7 pm, that mean only 30 min before.
8] salary is too much less, starting from 2000 rs, they don't care anybody, if someone say about policy, then they directly talk on face we don't need any body, so many student in market as fresher.
9] Even if bound is complete and somebody want to leave company then also they don't give original documents easily.
10] they don't give offer letter , still bound not completed.
11] there is no sitting arrangement in office, Internet cafes better than that, total employee in company are 100.
12] there no freedom, if somebody goes 8-10 times in washroom, they hr came and ask why you go so many time outside,
because they fits cctv camera's everywhere.
13] if somebody take emergency calls more than 3 times and if hr see then they charge 100rs.
We are human not robots, if they wants human behave life robots, then why not hiring robots.
If company not ready to change these all things, then need to file case against company.
