I was withdrawal 1000rs in Syndicate atm machine amount was not received but money debited .please refund money 1000

Bank statment in please check amd refund money .1 st time I am booking using upi pin throung booking but amount debited ticket not booked .second time thoungh atm via book at time success .so please request for money

I have booked a ticket on 30th September 2013 and cancelled the same on 15th october 2013.

As per IRCTC website, amount has been refunded on 18th October 2013, but i did dot receive into my accont.

I have already lodge a compaint to Axis Bank but did not receive any update from their side.

Iam Gopi, I have booked two tickets on 20th feb2013 and cancelled it on 10th march 2013.but till the refunded amount is not credit to my account.but in my IRCTC my transaction page tells that "amount is refunded" but yet not credited to my account..so kindly take necessary steps to get my money,I'd use my Lakshmi vilas bank debit card through AXIS BANK transaction..so please inform to the appropriate bank about the refunded amount to credit it to my account as soon as possible...
