Conductor charged 110/- for Ticket from Hoshiarpur to chd from me. but he gave ticket of Rs.90/- only.When i asked for the rest of money he said 'just step down from the bus'.What type of staff you people are hiring ,who don't even know how to talk with girls.This is a serious a matter of concern.Bus transport is for public,its was not his personal vehicle.I really felt ashamed at that time.Conductors and Driver should at least talk mannerly,and do not charge wrong amount for the tickets from passengers and extra money keep in their pockets.

on date 13-7-2017 , i travel hoshiyarpur to Chandigarh by your bus. i give 500 rs to conductor he give ticket but not give rest of money. he told me i ll give you after some time. but unfortunate i forget to take back my rest money 340 rs. next day i went your mohali mercidies benz bus stop phase 1. their i meet with mr.binder , bus conductor and told all the matter. they take my ticket and told me they confirm from office and revert back . but from date 14-7-2017 thay dont give any reply.
so pls take my ticket from Mr.binder bus conductor of your bus.

I am writing this complaint against the conductor of bus number PB -07 BP 8383 which strated from Dholwaha to Hoshiarpur everyday in the morning approximately by 7:35 am. Everday i communte in the same bus from Janauri to Hariana. Today when i was travelling in the bus the conductor start telling me to go to the window 4km before the hariana bus stand. I did not say anything and i went there and stand close to the window. Even after this he said stand in the window where door is opened. I politely said him i commute in the bus since 3 months and i know that where is the stoppage and when i have to stand and reach the window to go out from the bus. We have short debate on this. Now i am requesting you kindly arrange some trainigs/workshops for this conductors and drivers so that they can understand how to behave politely and properly with passengers. The other thing is the driver is running bus very harshly and did not stop properly on the stoppages. This might be the reason of someones injury. One more thing i want to add is if your bus will not pickup and drop the passengers on their particular stoppages then what is the benefit of this bus to village people/passengers. Its better if you can close this route for this rajdhnai bus to local villages. Ultimately no one is going to pay the compensation if someone get injury or other mishappening.
I hope you will definitely take strict action against this kinda conductors and drivers for the public safety and their self respect.
