Auto driver of AP09TA5263 demended excess fare at 10:00AM on 15th Jan 2011 nearby dilsukhnagar depot. He demanded for Rs 40 till P&T colony, that is just a kilometer away and would have costed minimum fare. I hope necessary action would be taken on such drivers who refuses to run the meter.
Complainant's Goal: Auto drivers should be penalised if they refuse to run the meter
