Hi,
This complain is in reference to the weekend Sale i.e from 14th Jan to 20th 
Jan 2013.
 on Friday 18th Jan, I picked up 2 shirts of Schuffle company with a 50% 
discount flat displayed on the rack & same was confirmed from the sales 
person also. When I presented those for billing at the billing desk it is 
informed that the product has 20% discount & on enquiry with the 
salesperson/Manager Mr.Amlan. he assured that there is some mistake on the 
computer/accounting... record & he will make the necessary arrangement to 
deliver the products at home with cash payment on the next morning.
But when enquired on next day morning, he assured that things are sorted 
out & my selected products are kept safely for delivery but due to 
unavailability of person to make home delivery due to rush hour for season 
sale,he will deliver that on very next day.But unfortunately that did not 
happen also. & on repeated enquiry on Sunday, in the late evening at 
7:30pm, last day of sale, Mr.AmLan, informed that there is no stock of one 
of the product that I have choosed, so there by cancellation of the 
order...
My question is when I have personally handed over the choosed products to 
Mr. Amlan & he assured of delivering the products  at my home & after 
repeated assurance from him that products are safe with him for delivery, 
then at the closing hours, how he is saying that there is no stock.
Please look into this issue & hope to be resolved at the earliest.
