My son Romit Mehta who is in abroad lost his sim card vide no ********52. I am his father Arun Mehta and I must have made more than 10 calls , visited their gallery 4 times and wrote numerous mail even authorized by my son to pick up sim on his belf but they are not even listening. how can he come from abroad just to pick a sim. He is facing extreme hardship as now a days one cannot make any bank transaction without getting OTP on his registered mobile no.
