BX CBSSBI - Annoying Spam SMS

I keep on getting continuous sms from this location - BX-CBSSBI like I got one today 23-01-2013 at 15:55 "Available balance in your Account XXXXX711991 as on 23/01/13 is INR 8,12,737.00"

Its usually 10-15 messages at a time and it is literally annoying. Could you please help me with it?

Also, I'm planning to lodge a police complaint in this regard. Could you please direct on it?

Complainant's Goal: To stop the SMS and if it is a spam or fraud, get the people involved in jail
