On a scale of 1-10, I’d rate Matrix Sim cards as 8.5!! Excellent customer services and adherence to timely delivery of the sim, even if it’s a last minute call. Just that there was a slight issue with my billed amount (the travel dates were incorrect and i was overcharged according to the same), but these guys were quick in taking relevant actions on the same as well. Overall, really good
