our bsnl net connection will automatically shut down in daily and that also every day up down when i will swich of the modem and restart that again and then 20 miniute later the net connection will active and this problem will face us every day. i will complain many times in near bsnl office choudwar, cuttack but they will not response so sir please help me please please........
