Airtel Haryanna - Airtel refused to refund the access payment and make me humiliated publicaly

I was having a personal Airtel no ********65 apart from my Airtel CUG no - ********65.



I was having some pending dues with my personal number and I paid the same on 30th April 2009 but due to some missunderstandings ( As the last five digits are same \"16165\" )the vendor deposited my payment of Rs.2500/- in my CUG no - ********65. When I bring this under their notice they promised me to do the adjustments from their end and ensured me verbaly that there would be no problem for me to face in future.



Due to this my dues were still reflecting in Airtel account and they Informed me through their leagal department through a notice dated 6th June 2009 and on this communication I again deposited a sum of Rs. 3044/- ( Including Fine ) against my personal number.

Due to above said reasons a Sum of Rs. 2500/- has been updated in my Airtel CUG number ********65.At first they communicated to me that the reversal of the sum can be done only from corporate service provider`s end.

at this I contacted to my corporate service provider and didn`t get any support.

Now Airtel is not refunding my amount nor they are ready to give any sort of compenciation.They are offering me to repurchase the number and only then they will reverce the amount in the same account.Now when I already have CUG services why should I purchase the old number once again and why can`t they simply refund my cash of Rs.2500/-
