I want to change my telecom operator from Airtel to Vodafone as I am tired with Airtel service.
I have tried MNP atleast 5 times for several months now and have been unsuccessful everytime.
Weeks used to pass by without any update. And when I visited Vodafone customer center there they showed me that my current operator i.e Airtel have not yet approved my request.
Now today I called there customer care center to inquire about my MNP request status as on 17th August 2012 I had submitted MNP request. And I was told at Vodafone office that by 24 my number will be transferred. Well I today visited Vodafone center and there they showed me on their computer that my request was submitted on 18th but Airtel did not approve the request.
When I called them today, he customer care agent hung the call and I was left unanswered. I called again, this time a new agent answered and before I could complete my sentence, he too hung up the call.
I am really frustrated with Airtel and their worst customer support. I now just want to change but it failed everytime because of Airtel.
I am just too harassed by this company and just want remedy to my problem.

Hello,
Today morning I noticed that my Airtel SIM has been de-activated and my Voda SIM is working.
So I guess my problem is solved and hence I am not going forward with my complaint.
