service - Airtel Bharti Cheated me giving Broadband Connection

Respected consumer forum department, I am Gaurav Revatiya working in a private company. I took the internet connection(A/c No. 7008882960) from AIRTEL broadband company on 21/9/2013, when the connection was given to me it was in service only for around 10 days, and after 10 days my connection was terminated by the airtel company without any information/notice. After 3 days of this incidence, When I contacted to the airtel office they told me that my address is not confirmed by the airtel executive. But I already given the exact and correct address proof then after they given me the connection. If the address proof would be wrong why should I given the connection by airtel?
After my lots of efforts my connection was re-activated, but after 3-4 days they again deactivated my connection before any notice/warning/information, but this time when I made the call in the airtel office they said that the company in which I am working is not registered in the database of airtel. My question is that if they didn’t verified my address then why should I given the connection, and also when I already mentioned the name of company in which I am working they should check it before giving me the connection and neither the Airtel company nor sales executive of Airtel company informed me about this rule before giving the BB connection to me. When I gone to Airtel office to meet Airtel officer Mr. Jayesh they told me that we can’t do anything and if you want your Airtel connection back then you have to pay 2000/-Rs in advance.
Due to all these matter I really suffered mentally as well as physically, as I have to go to the airtel office again and again due to which I have to take the leave from my company. Its clear that to complete the monthly target of airtel executive(Mr. Subash Thakur) the connection was given to me against their company rule, and now the company executives are calling me, teasing me to pay the bill of 2 months. Now I simply want to say that please refund my Airtel connection Installation fee 500 Rs and close my connection to stop non usage future billing.
