Complaint by: Varun Somani on July 11, 2013, 10:17 pm in Mobile and Cell Phones

Sir,

I'm owning a prepaid cell connection from Reliance GSM carrying contact No. ********00.

I am Just Fade Up OF complaining regarding unwanted activation of services and Requesting For Deactivation Of Value Added Services.

Every time I’ll Have to Call Customer Care and request a deactivation and complain regarding deduction of balance on account of USSD / JUMPGAMES / Shemaroo VP / VPCktMnia. And repeatedly each time many of the services are automatically activated on random basis without any prior notification.

this time also a deduction of total Rs. 93 since 9th of july, on the account of jumpgames and ussd services has been deducted.

When ever I call customer care they tell that all services are requested and will be deactivated shortly.

But messages regarding activation and deduction of balance on this account are getting down there in my inbox regularly.

frequent Deduction of balance is also there on unknown ground and services.

Kindly suggest what to do in such case.

I would like to file a petition under consumer protection act in this case.

Sincerely yours

Varun Somani ( ********00
