In Jan 2017 I contacted the company owner Neeraj Jha for servant services and he requested advance payment (10K) and rest (15K) after the servant is provided as the same is required for all legal documentation and police verification for the servant and specified that in case you customer is not happy with the service he return back the money, prior to the payment, me and my friend first went through his site and checked the just dial ratings and reviews provided by the service users and also we went to his office in laxmi Nagar and provided us two reference contact numbers who were using the services (P.Gopal & P.Chandan Singh) since more then year. After the reference check was done he insisted in 10000 payment to get the servant asap but somehow I only transferred 5000 (online bank transfer- proof) after the payment he keep on delaying saying documents not completed once done will provide the servant till Mar 2017, In April I contacted him and instructed to refund my Rs.5000/- amount after that he stopped receiving my call and incase i use to call at his landline he has some ready excuse and left me with no option to complaint in consumer forum.
