Service - Activation of VAS Services without my permission,DND service not activated after

Hi,
Myself Vikas is currently using the Pre Paid mobile service of Relinace Communication in Delhi.My number is 0********87.My complain is that there is activation of any VAS related service which i have never authorized for knowing unknowingly and there charges are dedcted from my Pre paid balance ,i am able to know when i get system generated message that my balance is low.I have also opted for DO NO DISTURB(DND) service and i get the message that my DND service will activated within 45 days which i reeceived on 3rd feburary 2011.When i contact reliance Customer care *333 to address my concern they have a simple answer that i have opted for the VAS Service.The recent activation was of Cricket update which i have never opted for,It was activated on 29th march 2011 around 4:17:43 sec am ,It doesn't make any logic that i get up in night i will activate such services.When i contacted customer care the answer was again that i have activated it.This is not the first time this has happened ,I have become completely fed up since i am tired of listening all the bold lies and i am pretty sure i am not the first person who is facing this problem and I will also not be the last.As i work in Telecom company i know all these activities.

I support this complaint. Yes, u r right..u r not d single person facing this..because of this only I migrated to Airtel
