I am a Sr retired govt Official in the HE dept (70 years) . Actively take part &campaign for Public welfare projects like SWATCH BHARATH, Traffic & pollution control etc.

In my neighborhood one Mr. Pandu residing at 11-13-101 parked his car on my drive way all along. My Request NOT to Park in front of our gate and on the Road ( less than30ft Road )did NOT any result.
As such i made a complaint through Rachakonda Police Whats App/ Inspector , PS Chaithanya puri and the COP too told him NOT to park car at that place on my Driveway.

Thus he developed GRUDGE and while we (My self & My spouse ) were leaving our house at about 11am on SUNDAY (12-11-2017) TO ATTEND A PRE ARRANGED PROGRAM AS A SPL. GUEST AT RAVINDRA BHARATHI he Just entered my premises and gatecrashed . He pushed me & Man handled thus causing BODY INJURY / pain and used FILTHY ABUSIVE LANGUAGE (Un printable , though I mentioned it in my attached Petition). .He gate crashed and DID NOT ALLOW ME TOLEAVE. My wife tried and asked him to stop ABUSING & Shouting ) but he behaved Rudely( PHOTOGRAPH ENCLOSED).Even the Driver Mr satish tried but in VAIN. This was without ANY PROVOCATION FROM US & WE MAINTAINED COOL along.

the ACCUSED Mr. Pandu Rangam threatened me as HOW I LIVE IN THE COLONY and he DO NOT CARE THE POLICE etc. This went on for nearly 10 minutes. & finally we managed to leave our house.

Disturbed, We went to PS Chaithanya Puri and FILED A COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY (Copy attached ) to file an FIR.
We then left at 12.50pm & missed the PROGRAM AT RAVINDRABHARATHI and reached KAMAREDDY , a pre planned visit.

While attaching the PETITION , I REQUEST you to ASSIST US to book the ACCUSED in accordance with Cr PC in the INTEREST OF JUSTICE and PROTECT THE LAW ABIDING SR. CITIZEN LIKE US.
