Why you charge a bill minimum basis. One side you said save electricity save nation. Second side you said with presurise use electricity more n more otherwise i will charge minimum bill acording your sanction load.
You made electricity in my necessary load and we no use then you charged this but you no give electricity all time regular then you not charged minimum. So i pray you plzz see this matter n any close under this scheme plzz send me . Then i reverse minimum charge bill n made correct reading bill.
