Future Group - A/C installation negligence

Hi,
I have finance 2.0 ton koryo spilt from Home Town (A unit of future group) Sector 18 Noida, U.P. It was installed by the E-CARE center called “CUREWELL ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD” MB-167A, Street No. 4, Master Block, Shakarpur, Delhi -92, After installation I found that rain water is coming into my bed room form the hole which is drilled to connect the outdoor and indoor unit pipes. I registered a complaint number 259385 dated 13-Sept 2010 against the same. Engineer visited the site on next day and after 10 minutes of work he said that the problem is resolved. Very next day when rain falls the same problem arise again. I called the customer care again they said that your problem is resolved at our end, if it persist again will arrange engineer visit again with same complaint number. Then I start follow them again and again. On dated 19-Sept 2010 they provide me a fresh complaint number 260712 and assured me that your problem will resolved within 24 hrs. But I have not received proper feedback from there end.

Due to water logging problem I found that my whole wall is damaged and the entire paint is washed out and its moisture and seepage everywhere in the room.

As I found this is lack of customer care and after sales support services I am going to dismiss the ECS from my bank and not going to pay any installment from now onwards.
