I am regular passanger of train no. 69161DN: Panvel Dahanu memu
Vasai-Palghar
From last few days, it is observed that, seats of all the 3 first class compartments are occupaid by Police employees, homeguards and many 2nd class commuters and no seats are available for first class ticket and pass holders.
as per our information, Police employees, homeguard are not authorised to travel through first class except in some conditions specified by railway laws.
please have a immidiate action on such commuters.
