Khosla Electronics - 2 jar received in place of 3 jar

Purchased Morphy Richards Aero 500 W Mixer Grinder fro Khosla Electronics (Kakurgachi Branch) Kolkata at time of Dhanteras last year and then went back to Bangalore for my service.After returning back from Bangalore in the month of April opened the box and found 2 jar in place of 3 jar.While discussing the issue with the sales staff he told that nothing can be done right now as it is too late and you have to check it at the time of delivery only.
My point is what will I do with one extra jar if i would have received all the 3 jars and it is all about the matter of trust as I haven't checked the material at the time of delivery.
Kindly suggest me some solution as a way out.

00451202300251 on 23/09/23 from your BAGUIHATI store.
At present the remote of the said TV was out of order, so I want to lodge a complain in the store number ********67 but unfortunately after sevarel try no body attend the phone. So I tried to contact yourbSales Executive - AMIT MALLICK 82400-52823 whose contact number is printed in the bill. He saidvat present he is transferred to other store but he gave me a number of a sales executive Mr. Sumit mob no.********50.
I contact with him on on 06/03/26 primerily he promise me to supply a new remote and instruct to send the bill, but after 2 days I personally visit the store on 08/03/26 and meet with him and he then click the photo of my remote. But till date the problem is unsolved.
It is very much unfortunate that your after sale service is so poor that no body is attending the problem of the customers. Pl. solve my issue as soon as possible
