my no is ********35 ac no 100012567 i have recd bill of rs 18832 for period 4.7.10 to 3,8.10 out of which rs 12584 for uk vodaphone blackbery from vf for 3 calls total 22856.69 kb before leaving to london i have called up hot line for enqired from hot line if i delete my emil address fr vodaphone sight than i will not get emails in uk &for my bbm rs 5.50 will be charged per 10 kb on 25th ihave disconected my emails when iwas in mumbai 25 26 both days i have not recd email on my mob on 27 th when landed in london i have made few bbms only on 29thjuly my bill exedds to rs 14000 so i took out my sim &purchase local sim i have used local sim for 18 days when i came bk i called up vodaphone asked for itemiesd bill for uk usage thay are not ready to give thay have bared my all out going services &if iwant to start my servieces i have to pay dues i have paid rs 6250 only stateing after reciving itemiessd bill if i get convince i will pay for dues i made 4 5 emails to noodaloffeicer laxmi appele officers but thay only sayes you pay dues i have asked for appoint ment but thay are not lisening now today i have recd sms my unbilled usage is 17900 i have paid rs6250 out of 18832 so bal 12584+5316 new usage thay are asking again i called 111 thay says till 4th sept we can not give you any inferomation my credit limit is 13000 after some time thay will again barred my out going nou to avoid out going barred thay are saying pay dues its clar cut blackmailing without giveing detail bill for uk usages how i will pay according to me there is 100%mistake new bill of 5316 what thay are asking during that period i was in uk but my sim was not active its in my pocket by reci=ords also thay can verify no call made or recd or no bbm no massage no mail is recd but thay only says you have to pay our dues its my reqest if you can help me in this matter what to do
