I HAVE TAKEN A NEW CONNECTION WITH VODAFONE ON 29.01.2009 THROUGH VODAFONE FRANCHISEE SEKTRA INFOSYSTEMS PVT. LTD. (NAE OF EXECUTIVE IS ASHWINI S. WITH CONTACT NO.********76). AS PER INSTRUCTION OR SCHEME EXPLAINED TO ME (I.E.EDERLY SCHEME WITH G.K. PLAN)BY THE EXECUTIVE THEY OFFERED ME 3 LOCAL VODAFONE NUMBERS @ 0.10 PAISE PER MINUTE. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN 3 LOCAL VODAFONE NUMBERS TO YOUR EXECUTIVE BUT MAY BE DUE TO SOME MISTAKE FROM THEIR EXECUTIVE SIDE ONLY 2 NUMBERS WERE UPDATED IN THEIR RECORD. I WAS BEHIND THIS ISSUE TO RACTIFY THE SAME MISTAKE FROM LAST 3 TO 4 MONTHS.

NOW I WANT TO REPLACE ********25 WITH ANOTHER NUMBER ********75 AS BEING EXPLAINED BY THEIR EXECUTIVE AT THE TIME OF TAKING CONNECTION (THAT I CAN CHANGE MY 3 LOCAL VODAFONE NUMBERS ANY TIME). ACCORDINGLY I DID CONTACT AT THEIR TOLLFREE NUMBER AND AS PER THERE INSTRUCTION I SMS FOR CHANGE OF THE NUMBER WITH FNF ********75
BUT THE REPLY CAME THROUGH SMS FROM THEIR SIDE WAS I WILL BE CHARGED WITH RS.15 MONTHLY CHARGE & 0.20 PAISE PER MINUTE.
BUT AS PER SCHEME EXPLAINED BY THEIR EXECUTIVE IT SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH 0.10 PAISE PER MINUTE AS IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WHILE TAKING THE CONNECTION.
I DID COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME WITH VODAFONE BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IRRESPONSIBILE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR FRANCHISEES EXECUTIVE & TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ME WITH 0.20 PAISE PER MINUTE & RS.15 MONTHLY CHARGE. THEY WERE ASKING ME WHETHER THAT PERSON HAS GIVEN SOMETHING IN WRITING WHICH THESE PEOPLE NEVER DO REGARDING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & TAKE ADVANTAGE LIKE THIS.
KINDLY GIVE ME THE SOLUTION SO THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY FALSE PROMISE OF PROMOTIONAL OFFER TO THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS.
