Vodafone Mumbai - False call from Vodafone executive updating the debit of extra money charged

Extra Amount Debit :
I have lodge a complain regarding the money charged and settlement letter in my previous complain no 757 in consumer complain forum. After 4 days i recieved a call from Vodafone executive refering to my complain in consumer forum. She informed me that the extra amount charged for the service (which was Rs10/min) has been revised and the extra amount deducted (which was Rs 118 /-) was depited to my account. But when i cross checked my Vodafone a/c I found no update of this debit made nither this amount was adjusted in my current month bill.

Settlement letter:

After making several complaint and followup after making a payment to Vodafone I hv not recieved the settlement letter yet. Vodafone executives are not very responding and not taking the complaints very seriously. I\'m doing the followup from last 1 month after making the payment.

Complainant's Goal: Need proper service and response from Vodafone.
