Vodafone Mumbai - Vodafone Bill Settlement Issue & tariff plan unclear to customer

I\'m Voddafone Service user and I\'m using this vodafone service from last 2 and a half years from now. I had taken three connections seeing the service and offer but in feb 09 i recieved a bill Rs 1790.26 for number bearing \"********86\", relationship No:8.11477281.00.00.100005 where for my STD call made for the duration for 1 min was charged Rs 10 and 12 min was charged Rs 120.

I went to Vodafone customer care located in Manpara- Thane (W) to clear this issue at that time the executive sitting was not able to answer me. But later on after 3 day when i again approached them they come up saying it was some server issue and you no. went on Zero rental plan so you was chargerd Rs 10/ min.

When i asked about the Zero rental plan to some other executive in other vodafone centre they told me that they dont have such tarrif plan in vodafone service.

Secondly I went for the settement for one of my vodafone bill charged me Rs 1461.87. I made the payment through cheque to Vodafone Essar Ltd and confirmed that cheque is cleared from the bank, I hv not recieved the settlement letter yet. When I follow up with concern person who was dealing with my case is giving me silly excuses saying that the concern person who signs the letter has gone for leave and we cannot issue it to you till he comes.
