Vodafone Mumbai - I am being harrassed by your incompetant staff and your services

The biggest mistake i did was to convert my Phone from Prepaid to post paid after repeated followups from Vodafone store at Ghatkopar(w). Everyday you receive n number of messages for bill payment and also phone calls... This was a mental harrassment...

So converted again the phone to prepaid on 3rd of June by paying the pending bill in cash and paying for new sim and all. Its strange the deposit taken for the post paid connection need 60 days to be processed to be returned , eventhough they have systems online? They can check the bill amount as on date, but for refund of deposit we have to wait for 60 days?

Given all the documents on 3rd June evening. Now from today morning i.e 6th June service is being stopped due to non receipt of all the documents... All proper documents, all payment due were given, but due to the vodafone store mistake, i have go down personally again loose my precious time and give again all the proofs?

IS THIS FAIR???

I need a proper reply, since for your incompetancy, i cannot suffer. I am loosing my business calls due to some internal mistake by Vodafone people.
