Vodafone Mumbai - I am not satisifed with the service

Hi My vodafone no is ********71. We have 5 vodafone connections from the last 2 days we are encountering several issues with the network. Whenever we try to call using our vodafone conenction the line would go blank and we would hear an echo of our own voice from the other side. Have to make 6-8 attempts to make a phone call and we get charged for all the calls.

Me and my entire family members & friends in the Sanatcruz (W) area, 2nd Hasnabad lane, Near Santacruz stn. are encountering the same issue.

What a customer service of Vodafone.
these guys doesn't know anything but to irritate the customer.

I really want to say big No to Vodafone because its only a factory of Song Selection calls and long tele of unwanted "happy to help" messages.

have been apply for prepaid Bill (may 2010) before 1 month customer service already deduct 49 rupees from my account but still i am waiting for bill.

that is very disgusting
