I am Prabhakar Ramkrishna Kolvankar residing at E/63, Shree Shivkirti CHS Ltd.,Chincholi Bunder Road,Malad(West), Mumbai 400064 holding Mobile No.********63 from your Office. Previously it was on billing system and it has been converted into Prepaid system recently by submitting application,Driving Licence and photograph. Abruptly my outgoing calls banned on 1st June when I was at Pune for some domestic work at that time. It became very inconveniece to me because of banning outgoing calls. On 4th June,I came back from Pune and immediately went to your office in Hypercity Mall and enquired with them. It was revealed that my dirving Lincence is not valid according to you. In real fact is that my licence is valid upto 15-06-2011 and extension page of licence was not zeroxed by your representative at that time. Again I produced my licence and showed relevent page ,fresh application with photograph. After two hours it was reactivated. Just now today on 6th again outgoing calls hsve been banned by your office.

Under the circumstances, I am fade of your service,wrong action and harasshing me. Concludingly, I look forward that you will look into matter seriously and issue the necessary instruction to your office in Hypercity Mall to reactivate my outgoing calls immediately without further delay. In the meantime I am referring this matter to TRI and Consumer Redressal Forum for information and necessary action.
