Vodafone Mumbai - Vodafone care employee is not reliable.

Regarding post paid plan wrong information is provided by your employee working in vodafone gallery, marol on 13th April 2010. I paid 350 Rs for post paid connection, when I went to submit my proofs another employee told that plan which was told by your employer (Ms Aparna Pandhrinath) is not available. Then I request to release my payment but they said we can give your payment but not cash.

For this, I visitied 4 times in Nodal office situated in Skyline and verbally told my complaint to first floor nodal officer but no response till now than I visited 2nd floor but Ms. Rashna could not see me. Another employee come and note my complaint but result is same.

Pls. do the needful.
