I was in Rennes, France and was experiencing issues with the network. I had bought a matrix sim card so all I had to do was to email them stating the bad network issue and gave them my friends number as an alternate to call me. I was contacted within 2 hours of the email. Despite the odd hours back in France, they politely took me through the settings and also informed me that the issue was a network issue which would only resume once the day breaks! I was happy enough to hear the exact issue than beating about the bush. The phone did start working after a few hours. Thanks team!
