sent to Vodafone,

I regret to tell you that your company is blatantly cheating the
public by various means of bonus cards and so called "free" items
when attempted actually "cost" consideraBLE money which is deducted
from the balance without the consent of the subscriber!
However I am writing to you today to tell you that i recharged my
phone with 222 rs full talk time a couple of days ago online and your
site suggesteed a 37 rs "Bonus" card which i addeed to the cart and
paid for a total of 259 Rs.
This card was supposed to give me 30p/min calls but I am still paying Re 1/-min.
Why is this the case??
I called your vodafone care on my own cost to clarify this and the
first time was told "check again and it should be active" the second
time i called afteer a day again at my cost and was told ' the system'
is down and to call back - again at my cost.
Your service is disgusting and your cheating technicques are disappointing.
I request you to kindly refund my money that I have been cheated of!!
